Questions, answered from the chart.
How many top Sports apps have App Store screenshots with a ranking claim?
30 of the top 100 Sports apps (30%) have at least one, and 35 of their 558 screenshots (6%) do it. Counted from the US App Store’s top free chart on October 9, 2026.
Which Sports apps have App Store screenshots with a ranking claim?
In the top ten: DraftKings: Sports & Casino (#1) and Underdog: Sports, Games & Rips (#6). Further down the chart: Fanatics Sports & Casino (#11), bet365 - Sportsbook & Casino (#19), MLB (#23), sportsYou (#24) and Real - Sports (#27), and 23 more.
Should my Sports app have App Store screenshots with a ranking claim?
The chart shows who does it, not whether it would work for your app. 2 of the top ten Sports apps do it (20%), against 28 of the other 90 (31%), so the top ten do it less than the rest. Ten apps is a small group, so read that as a description of this chart and not as a rule.
