How many top Weather apps have App Store screenshots with an award or laurel?
11 of the top 100 Weather apps (11%) have at least one, and 12 of their 555 screenshots (2%) do it. Counted from the US App Store’s top free chart on October 9, 2026.
Which Weather apps have App Store screenshots with an award or laurel?
In the top ten: Windy.com (#10). Further down the chart: Windy.app — Wind, Tides, Radar (#19), CARROT Weather: Alerts & Radar (#24), Weather on the Way (#39), MoonX: Moon Calendar for Life (#45) and RainViewer: Live Weather Radar (#58), and 5 more.
Should my Weather app have App Store screenshots with an award or laurel?
The chart shows who does it, not whether it would work for your app. 1 of the top ten Weather apps do it (10%), against 10 of the other 90 (11%), so the top ten do it about as often as the rest. Ten apps is a small group, so read that as a description of this chart and not as a rule.
