Your address is how you sign in, so we move the account by hand rather than through a setting.
Before you start
- You can send email from the address you sign in with. Settings shows it under Account, beside Signed in.
Steps
- From the address on your account, write to hello@pagefully.com.Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours.
- Say the new address you want to sign in with.One line is enough: “Please move my Pagefully account to new@studio.com.”
- Wait for our confirmation by email.We move the account and write back when it is done.
Your next sign-in link goes to the new address: on Log in, enter it under Email. Your apps, pages, key and plans stay exactly as they are.
Only the address changes. The weekly note and competitor emails go to the new address from then on. Nothing changes in App Store Connect. See Sign in with a link for the sign-in itself.
If something goes wrong
- You can no longer open the old inbox. Write from the new address and tell us the old one. We may ask a question or two to check the request is really yours before we move anything.
- Sign-in links still go to the old address. The move is done only once you have our confirmation. If you have it and links still go to the old address, reply to that email.
