Delete your account

Write to us and we delete your account, our copy of your key and everything made in Pagefully. Pages already at Apple stay as they are.

How toAbout 2 minutesUpdated

There is no delete button in the product yet, so we delete the account by hand when you ask.

Before you start

  • If any app is on Pro, cancel it first, under Manage billing on its Plan screen. A Pack goes with the account and cannot be moved.
  • Pages already in App Store Connect stay there. If you want one gone, take it back before you write, or delete it in App Store Connect yourself.
  • You can send email from the address on your account. Settings shows it under Account, beside Signed in.

Steps

  1. From the address on your account, write to hello@pagefully.com and ask us to delete the account.Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours.
  2. Say the account is to be deleted, not only the key removed or an app disconnected. One line is enough: “Please delete my Pagefully account and everything in it.”
  3. Wait for our confirmation by email. We delete the account and write back when it is done.
The Account section of Settings: the row Signed in with the account's email address and a Sign out button, and nothing else
Settings, under Account: the address to write from. There is no delete button here.

Once we confirm, the address can no longer sign in. Your pages in App Store Connect and on the App Store are not affected.

What is deleted, and what stays

DeletedYour account and its workspace; our encrypted copy of your App Store Connect key; our copy of each app’s listing and screenshots; every intent, page and drawn screenshot; previews tied to the account.
WhenWithin 30 days of your request, as the privacy policy says. We confirm by email when it is done.
StaysPages already in App Store Connect and on the App Store, exactly as they are. The key itself at Apple: revoke it in App Store Connect under Users and Access, Integrations. Payment records we must keep for tax and accounting, for as long as that law requires.
Not given backA Pack, and anything left of a Pro plan. The free page for an app counts as made, so a new account for the same app does not get another.

The privacy policy sets out how long we keep what, and Get a copy of your data, or have it deleted covers asking for a copy first.

Removing less than the account

Two removals are yours to do in Settings, and neither deletes the account. Remove key, under App Store Connect key, deletes our copy of the key and nothing else. Disconnect, under Apps, deletes our copy of one app’s listing, screenshots, intents and pages, and nothing changes at Apple. Remove, replace or revoke the key, and disconnect an app has the steps.

If something goes wrong

  • You can no longer open the account’s inbox. Write from another address and tell us the account’s. We may ask a question or two to check the request is really yours before we delete anything.
  • “This app is on Pro. Cancel it under Manage billing on its Plan screen first, then disconnect it.” Disconnect is refused while an app is paid for. Cancel Pro first. For an app with a Pack, write to hello@pagefully.com and we remove it for you.
  • You want your data gone but the account kept. Remove key and Disconnect cover the key and each app. For anything else, see Get a copy of your data, or have it deleted.
