If you find a way to see or change something you should not, tell us by email and a person will answer.
Steps
- Write to hello@pagefully.com with Security in the subject. That word puts it at the front of the queue.
- Describe the steps that show the problem. What you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot or a request and its response helps; leave out anyone else’s data.
- Say which address or page it affects, and how to reach you.The URL, the screen, or the email the problem concerns, and an address we can reply to.
We acknowledge your email, look into it, fix what is wrong, and tell you when it is done. If it turns out to be a breach, we tell everyone it affects by email, as the privacy policy says.
What not to do
- Do not try to read, change or reach another customer’s data. If you come across any by accident, stop, tell us, and do not keep it.
- Do not run automated scans or probe the service for weaknesses. The terms of service ask this, and the rate limits are there to keep Pagefully working for everyone.
- Do not use scripts or multiple accounts to get around the preview limits or the one free page per app.
- Do not post the problem publicly before we have had a chance to fix it.
If something goes wrong
- You are not sure it is a security issue. Send it anyway, with Security in the subject. We would rather read one that is not than miss one that is. For anything else, see Contact support.
- No reply after a few days. Write again and mention the date of your first email. Every message is read and answered by a person.
