Your screenshots and the link to each live page are yours to take from the app; a copy of everything else, and deletion, are done by us on request, as the privacy policy promises.
Before you start
- Full-size screenshots need a connected key or a plan. An app added by name on Free is shown at preview size, and the page says so: “Shown at preview size. Full-size files are made when you connect App Store Connect or choose a plan.”
- Requests must come from the email address on your account, so that we know it is you.
What you can take yourself
- Open the page on Pages and click Enlarge screenshot on the one you want.It is the magnifier on the picture. The screenshot opens at full size, in the device size chosen on the tabs above it.
- Save the full-size picture from your browser.Repeat for each screenshot and each device size you want. The headline and the words under it are part of the picture.
- On Publish, copy the page’s App Store link from its row.The link appears once the page is in App Store Connect, under its Product page ID. It works for the public once Apple approves the page.
You have each screenshot as a file and each page’s link. Everything sent to App Store Connect is also in your Apple account, under Custom Product Pages, whatever happens to your Pagefully account.
What to ask us for
There is no export or delete-account control in the product yet. Write to us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, an export of your data in a machine-readable form, a correction, or deletion.
- Write to hello@pagefully.com from the address on your account.Any subject will do. We may check that a request really comes from you before we act on it.
- Say what you want: a copy of your data, or deletion. For a copy, say whether you want everything or one app. For deletion, say whether it is the whole account or one thing in it.
- Wait for our reply.A person reads and answers every message. The privacy policy says we answer within 30 days, and we never treat you differently for asking.
We confirm by email what was sent or deleted. Deleting the account removes your email, your encrypted key, your listings, screenshots, intents and pages, within 30 days. Payment records we must keep for tax and accounting are kept for as long as that law requires, and the pages already in App Store Connect stay exactly as they are. See Delete your account.
Removals you can do yourself
Two deletions are in Settings and take effect at once. Remove key deletes our encrypted copy of the key and nothing else. Disconnect on an app deletes our copy of its listing, screenshots, intents and pages. Neither changes anything in App Store Connect; both are in Remove, replace or revoke the key, and disconnect an app. The two optional emails stop with Turn off under Emails.
If something goes wrong
- The screenshot opens small and cannot be saved at full size. The app was added by name on Free, so only preview-size pictures exist. Connect a key or choose a plan and the full-size files are made.
- The Publish row has no App Store link. The page has not been sent, or it was taken back. Send it from Publish and the link appears under its Product page ID.
- You no longer have access to the address on your account. Write from your new address and say so. We ask for something that shows the account is yours before we send or delete anything. Changing the address is in Change your email address.
