This page lists what Pagefully does with the App Store Connect key you connect. The same lists are on the security page.

Every step that changes something at Apple shows exactly what will change first. A page reaches App Store Connect only when you click Send to App Store Connect on Publish, and it goes there unsubmitted. Taking a page back deletes only a page Pagefully made; Pagefully never edits or removes a page it did not create.
The key itself
| Kind | An App Store Connect Team key. Team keys apply across every app of the team; app access cannot be limited for one key. |
|---|---|
| Role | App Manager. It is enough to read your listing and create custom product pages, and no more. An Admin key also works, but gives more than Pagefully needs, so create an App Manager key. |
| How many | One key per workspace. It covers every app the team has. Apps on another Apple developer account need a second account on our side: write to hello@pagefully.com. |
| Replacing | In Settings, under App Store Connect key, click Replace. The connect form opens again, titled Replace your key, and the new key takes the place of the old one. |
| Checks | The key is checked with Apple when you connect it. Settings shows when it was added, when it was last checked, and a pill: Working, Rejected or Not checked yet. |
| How it is kept | Encrypted with a key held outside the database before it is stored. Never written to a log, never sent to a browser, and never shown again after you add it. |
| Removing | In Settings, click Remove key. That deletes our encrypted copy at once and nothing else. The key keeps working at Apple until you revoke it there. Pages already in App Store Connect stay exactly as they are. |
| Revoking | In App Store Connect, under Users and Access, Integrations. Pagefully stops the moment you do. Your published pages stay live. A revoked key cannot be reinstated; connect a new one with Replace. |
Without a key
One app can be added by its App Store name without a key, and its first page made from the public listing. A key is needed for more apps, the keyword field, the subtitle and promotional text, pages you already have, other languages, full-size files on Free, and for sending anything to Apple. See Add an app.
How the key and the rest of your data are protected is in How Pagefully protects your data. To remove or replace the key, or disconnect an app, see Remove, replace or revoke the key.
